Readings. Gospel: John 8:1-11
The question of justice is always a
concern of moral theology. Most moral issues deal with what is just as
opposed to what is unjust. The theology of morality is clear, it is
neutral in its conclusions. It does not favor one group over
another, or allow itself to be exploited, used, or manipulated. It
stands by truths that are self-reliant and evident in themselves.
Moral truths answer to no one, except God.
Once men manufacture morality,
question marks arise everywhere, and the paths to confusion are laid.
